Bondall pool acid is for adjusting pH and total alkalinity in pools. Pool acid is strong enough to kill mould, remove rust stains, dissolve calcium deposits and clean the surfaces of your pool.

APPLICATION METHOD
Preparation
User should wear protective PVC gloves, and protective clothing. Safety glasses, chemical googles or facesheild should be worn as appropriate.
Use a test kit to determine the pH and Total Alkalinity. The pH and Total Alkalinity should be maintained between 7.2 – 7.6 and 80-150ppm.
If the required amount of acid is not know, never add more that 500ml at any one time.
Method
When adding any chemicals to your pool, ALWAYS add chemicals to water and NOT water to chemicals.
100ml of Pool Acid per 40,000 litres of pool water to lower pH by 0.1 (eg 7.9 to 7.8)
Run Pool pump for at least 1 hour acting adding the acid, Test again and repeat the dosage if required. Do not add more than 500ml of Acid at any one time.
Cleaning & Storage
Ensure the container is not leaking and lid is well secure. Store in a well ventilated area away from other chemicals.
