Bondall Pot Sealer
Bondall Pot Sealer is the ideal choice for sealing pots after they have been suitably prepared with Bondall Pot & Ornament Cleaner.
It will seal, bind, protect and waterproof most pot surfaces while still retaining a clear natural look.
Note: This product is not designed to be used as a waterproofer for a water holding vessel e.g. a pot to be used as a pond for
fish etc and it is not suitable for use on glazed surfaces.

Surface Preparation
TEST AREA: Always test on a small inconspicuous area to ensure that the product achieves the desired result prior to applica-
tion over the entire area.
Proper penetration of the first coat is very important. Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned as any stains present will become more apparent once sealed. Soiling, grease and oil stains can be removed using Bondall's environmentally friendly Pot
& Ornament Cleaner. Bore and rust stains, efflorescence stains and moss and mould also should be treated prior to sealing.
Please refer to the Bondall range of appropriate cleaners to prepare the surface.
Application
Shake the container gently before use. Hold nozzle approximately 300mm from surface. Apply the first coat neatly and evenly
and allow a minimum of 4 hours between coats. At least two coats must be applied. If running occurs, wipe down with a
damp cloth. Care should be taken to apply evenly and not too heavily on pitted surfaces.
Coverage
This bottle will cover approximately 4 square metres depending on the porosity of the surface it is being applied to.
Thinning
Not required – ready to use.
Gloss Level
Low sheen finish but could increase from substrate to substrate.
Over application will result in the surface becoming glossy or a milky film may occur from trapped moisture. May darken some surfaces.
Drying Time
May be recoated in no less than 4 hours at 25° C.
Allow to dry for at least 48 hours before filling with soil etc.
Drying times are a guide only. Longer drying times may be required under cooler or humid conditions.
Clean Up
DO NOT POUR CONTENTS OR WASHING DOWN DRAINS OR SINKS.
Clean equipment and spills with water and mild detergent
Precautions/ First Aid
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Should contact occur to the eyes flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention should irritation develop. It is recommended that normal personal protective clothing should be worn, including coveralls, impervious gloves and goggles. Avoid unnecessary skin contact and inhalation – use a suitable respirator if spray application is employed. If swallowed, contact a doctor or the Poison Information Centre on 13 11 26. Give water to drink and do not
induce vomiting.
