Bondall Polbond 7000

Bondall Polbond 7000 is a versatile and heavy-duty woodworking PVA adhesive combing a quick setting time with a medium open time. It is non-staining; non-irritant to the skin, non-damaging to cutting tools, does not soften under sanding and is a moisture and humidity resistant.

Bondall Polbond 7000 has a negligible tendency to run on vertical surfaces and exhibits very good wet tack for block gluing as well as being for dowel and tenon gluing, rabbet and finger joining.

High quality PVA woodworking adhesive designed for fast drying and bonds of high tensile strength. It is particularly suitable for door manufacturing, sands freely and does not clog sanding belts. It has good water resistance.

20L pails and 200L drums. Larger upon request.

Surface Preparation

Ensure surface is dirt and grease free. Apply direct from container to one surface only. Press surfaces together and lightly clamp. Wipe excess adhesive away with a cloth. Bondall Polbond 7000 sets in approximately 30 minutes. Maximum strength is achieved in 24 hours.

Applications

By hand, glue gun or squeeze bottle.

Drying Time

Bondall Polbond 7000 sets in approximately 30 minutes. Maximum strength is achieved in about 24 hours .

Clean Up

Do not pour left over product or washings down drains or sinks. Clean equipment in running water.

Precautions/ First Aid

It is recommended that normal personal protective clothing should be worn, including coveralls, impervious gloves and goggles. Avoid unnecessary skin contact and inhalation. Provide adequate ventilation. If swallowed, contact a doctor or the Poison Information Centre on 13 11 26. Give a glass of water to drink and do not induce vomiting.
