Please include the following details:

• Contact Details
• Description of your project including how you prepared the surface and the application technique used
• Images of your handy work (5 max) or link to video (Youtube, Vimeo, etc)
• A copy of your receipt
• A photo of yourself (not required but would be great)

We'll giveaway an iPod shuffle to the best submitted project each month.
